Adam A. Stetson

Adam Alexander Stetson, earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. He then went on to the University of Florida Levin College Of Law in Gainesville, Florida where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. Adam was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2010. Prior to re-joining Lotane & Associates, P.A., Adam spent five months as a Litigation Attorney at the Law Offices of Marie A. Mattox, P.A., where his practice focused on representing individual in the areas of civil rights litigation, police misconduct, employment discrimination, harassment & retaliation, and public & private whistle-blower retaliation in their Tallahassee, Florida office in state and federal courts. Prior to that, Adam spent two years and seven months as an Associate Attorney at Lotane & Associates, P.A., in the firm’s subrogation and collections practice. Prior to that, Adam spent one year as an Assistant State Attorney in the Office of The State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida as a Felony Trial and Felony Intake Attorney. In addition, Adam spent six years working in the Lawyer Regulation Headquarters Office of The Florida Bar in Tallahassee, Florida. As a result of his commitment to his community and profession, Adam received the Commission of Colonel in 2015, in the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels.

Adam practices debt collection and subrogation in our Cocoa, Florida Office and is a member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
