Edward R. Butler III is a Central Florida native who obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Central Florida (“UCF”) in 2011. While attending UCF, Edward competed and performed at numerous events and campuses all across Florida as a member of the Hip-Hop dance team known as “Rukus.” Upon completion of his undergraduate career, Edward pursued his Juris Doctor degree at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law. As a law student, he served as the Vice Present of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund and interned at Barbara Leach Law, PL.
Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2015, Edward became a solo-practitioner, opening Butler Legal Services LLC and specializing in estate planning, plaintiff’s personal injury, landlord/tenant, foreclosure, and deeds/mortgage contracts. In addition to his independent practice, he worked with Special Counsel as a contract attorney, evaluating discovery data, establishing compliance with data breach exposure protocols, and performing quality assurance for production to opposing counsels in mass litigation cases. Edward has now joined this firm as a member in good standing of the Florida Bar where he currently practices debt collection and subrogation in our Cocoa, Florida office.
