Michel Watson

Michel L. Watson earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law.

Prior to law school, she worked for Percepta, NA resolving disputes through arbitration on behalf of Ford Motor Company.  While in law school, she had several internships serving the 18th Judicial Circuit Court’s Foreclosure Division and gained additional foreclosure experience with several Brevard County law firms. After law school, she worked in private firms practicing real estate foreclosure and mortgage law until passing the Florida Bar in February 2018.

Prior to joining the Lotane & Associates, P.A. team, Michel worked as appearance counsel at the Moore Justice Center and Historic Titusville Courthouse in Brevard County and mentored law school graduates toward success on the Florida Bar Exam.

Michel enjoys volunteering for Keep Brevard Beautiful’s Coastal and St. John’s River and Waterway cleanups, the Brevard County Humane Society, the YMCA of Central Florida, with a special interest in programs promoting the safety and well-being for our children.  Michel currently practices debt collection and subrogation in our Cocoa, Florida office and is a member in good standing of The Florida Bar.
